I love to cook!! I also love to eat. LOL!! I wanted to create a page to celebrate cooking and great food. I would like to share my recipes that I have tried and any tips that can be helpful. Most recently I learned how to make a cheescake with my Mom. I told my Mom that if she did not show me how to make the cheesecake that I wouldn't let her in. That is a little harsh butI am serious about my cheesecake and my Mom makes the best! The cheesecake that we made was super delish. There was a crack in the top of the cake when we baked the cake. I later found out that if you place the cheesecake in a water bath while baking that would prevent the cheescake from cracking.
